During my recent stay, I found the hotel to have a very bland atmosphere and room conditions that left much to be desired. While the location was decent and I appreciated the spaciousness of the suites, the customer service was quite lacking, especially regarding privacy concerns. The dining options could definitely use improvement, but the breakfast did offer some variety.

The hotel was quite elegant and had swans in the lobby, which added a unique charm. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. However, the noise level was quite disruptive at night, and I felt sympathetic for the swans' limited space. The lack of on-site laundry facilities was also a downside for our family.

I had a nice quick getaway at this hotel, where my family enjoyed the space and cleanliness of the rooms. The made-to-order breakfast was a standout, though the dining service was a bit overwhelmed during busy times. The location is convenient for shopping and dining, making it a decent choice for families.
